By registering and attending a JFY Workshop, students will become JFY Members and will be eligible for JFY Al Teglia Scholarships and County of San Mateo JFY Summer Internships. Please share this link with your students after we confirm your workshop and encourage them to pre-register PRIOR to the workshop.

About Jobs for Youth

The County of San Mateo Jobs for Youth program serves all youth who reside in San Mateo County and are 14-21 years old! 

About our JFY Workshops 

Our workshops focus on job preparation and lifelong career success. All workshops are built on the belief that the career journey is about more than getting a job: it’s about finding, and being, yourself. We teach youth that the best way to figure out what you want to do is to figure out who you are.   

JFY Members

All youth who register and attend this workshop will become Jobs for Youth Members and have access to a JFY job board, will be invited to apply for our JFY Al Teglia Scholarships, access job opportunities via our JFY job board and learn about much more in our community via our monthly e-newsletter!
